April 8, 2017 - Provincial Tournament
This year's Provincial Tournament was a great success with 47 teams participating. Everyone has worked really hard and some great problem solutions have been presented. The number of Primary Teams (which are non-competitive) has also been growing and it's so much fun watching these little kids perform. We couldn't have done any of of this without our countless volunteer coaches, judges, tournament workers and organizers. Thank you so much for all your hard work and for your continued support!

November 19, 2016 - Fun Day
Fun Day started our Odyssey year off with a bang - and a buzz! Thank you to all our participants for making this a landmark year for attendance. Our sessions this year were jam packed with students picking up exciting new skills in electrical circuits, balsa architecture, vehicle mechanics and the STEM skills involved in magic tricks. The afternoon burst at the seams with creativity, with students re-purposing recyclables to produce crazy inventions with mysterious other lives.
October 6, 2016 - CPSS Annual General Meeting & Odyssey Kick-Off
The 2016/17 season started with the CPSS AGM, which packed the Coquitlam Public Library's largest meeting room, and this year saw many new board members joining to help lead and grow our program. Our Odyssey teams have taken up our '35 by 35' challenge - Odyssey BC's determination to grow by 35% by our 35th year. One of the highlights was showing off our new pin design for winning teams to take to World Finals!"
October 1 & 2, 2016 - Community Celebration of Science at Science World
Thank you to everyone who came out to share their enthusiasm for Odyssey at Science World's Community Celebration of Science. Science World packed in a record number of visitors, and our teams got the chance to test the crowd's Spontaneous skills with the 'Crush Your Future' problem! It was so busy that nobody remembered to take any photos this time.
